About Cernit Clay

Cernit is a premium modelling clay that is made in Wandre, Belgium.

It can be used for jewellery making, accessories, miniature food, and many other mixed media projects. Cernit can be used by beginners or professional artists as it is very easy to condition and cures to a strong durable surface.

All colours across the ranges are mixable and Cernit recommends their clay be cured at a maximum of 130°C or 265°F. After curing, the clay is waterproof and can be baked several times if you wish to add to your work.
